Please allow us a little of your time to share our vision of the Geomod Project©, that you may see the true motivation behind Connor Sanctuary Investments LLC, d.b.a. TaxDeedTreasures.com and Biz-Zoom.com – and our other business interests, that are still in development.

The Connor Sanctuary Investments LLC name reflects the vision – Harry and Zelle Connor investing their time and energies into providing sanctuary for others.

Apart from my full-time job, all our efforts are geared towards firstly, eliminating all our remaining debt, setting us free from the debt slavery to the banks, and finally eliminating the need for me to work full time – so that I can focus completely on the project.

I currently work for the state of Florida in juvenile justice, as a juvenile detention officer, working with troubled youth and juvenile gangs in detention. This experience has given us further vision for the future to engage troubled youths in the project and channeling their energies into positive, productive and generous endeavors. I think we can all agree that our children need a vision other than one of a life of crime and gang involvement. This one would be a great alternative.

I work around 70-80 hours a week. When I am not working the full time job I am developing the online income streams to support the vision. Considering that these online projects have only been in development for just over a year, we are pleased to see a basic foundation being constructed and slowly emerging for these income streams. All we need now is a greater flow. Any help will be most welcomed.

In short, we intend to develop a consistent income stream that we can put into funding the project, and finally working full-time for the project and the future charity to ensure the growth of the vision. As the project grows seek charitable contributions to setup new projects throughout the U.S.A. And then onwards to the rest of the world.

The Geomod Project© is to be our legacy – that we bequeath to humanity and the planet – before we leave the Earth.

Neither Zelle or I have any desire to increase our material wealth beyond the minimal required to live debt free without need. We are appalled by the greed and the materialistic mind set of the western world – especially that of the U.S.A. – because of the pain and suffering it has caused.

We live in a modest modular home on a a few acres of land in central Florida and intend to start this project with what we have in our hands. Our creed is not one of greed but to “work with your hands, and owe no man”. ‘True riches’ is to be in need of nothing. We intend to make many ‘rich’ in this manner.

While the marketing may reflect a desire to ‘get rich’ – the underlying motivation of the marketing for both sites, especially the tax deed site is to attract those who may want to profit from tax deed sales by purchasing the tax deed sales systems, thereby through the sales increase the cash flow into the Geomod Project©

The whole idea is and to use the property tax system itself, one that has been dispossessing people from their homes and property for centuries, due to poverty and debt slavery, to ultimately providing homes for the homeless through the Geomod Project©!

Now, to the Geomod Project©.

It is our vision to develop ‘geodesic’ shaped, cheap modular shelter for homeless families, on tax deed auctioned parcels of land (at fire sale prices) throughout the USA, starting in our home state of Florida.

The #1 problem facing the USA (and the world) is increasing homelessness and hunger. Lack of affordable housing leads the list of causes for homelessness. In 2003, statistics showed that 3.5 million people, 39% of them children, experience homelessness every year. 60% of all new homeless cases are single mothers with children! That was before the crash of 2008 and the foreclosure crisis, which has evicted millions of people from their homes thanks to the greed of the Wall Street Banks, and the weakness of our political leaders who have done little or nothing to prevent it, – in fact they are complicit in the scheme.

It can only get worse – and it has, for this housing crisis is far from over, as more and more families are pushed out of their homes onto the streets to be exposed to the cruelties of life without the safety and security of shelter.

Pure love is to care for widows and orphans in their distress. The Geomod Project© vision intends to address this catastrophe by providing quick efficient housing solutions to protect all peoples and families in distress, especially our mothers and children – who are our future.

Men can help build the projects and also provide labor and security for the communities, while the women and mothers can nurture the children, who have been dispossessed by the greed of our culture, leading them back into peaceful security, and a hope for their future.

The concept is a throw back to a ‘tribal peoples’ culture of ‘green’ communities. However, utilizing the proven ‘golden ratio pyramid’ design, in a modern upgrade, as transitional (or even permanent) housing in a safe and secure environment for homeless families for up to 4-5 people in each Geo-mod.

With solar/wind power, water generation, bio waste systems, and a garden/compost greenhouse set up for propagation and continued food supplies, and other crops on the surrounding lands, to feed the people of the community.

We intend to cluster the Geomods^© in small sanctuary communities of up to four-five modules (five families or 20-25 people) in a matrix of power sharing/saving centers, preferably off the utilities grid to keep operating costs low.

The designs can be scaled up or down easily because of the ‘golden ratio’ formula (the golden ratio = 1.61803399), using existing manufacturing techniques, at a on-site factory using scalable cost reducing processes, and laid into molds using Eco-friendly materials (fiber/cellulose natural plastics), and other fibrous materials that can be easily and cheaply grown (preferably on-site) or found in surrounding areas.

The various side sections, including the floor sections of the Geomods^©can be attached easily with preformed male/female snap together locking mechanisms, and sealed with weatherproofing sealants or something similar (preferably natural sealants).

Inscribed in the moulds would be cut out areas for simple doors/windows/vents on sides on the shady side of the sun’s path, for on the sunny sides of the Geomods^©will be attached the solar arrays for power generation using new technologies like photovoltaic material that captures both indoor and outdoor light and converts it into direct current (DC) electrical energy. http://www.konarka.com

Simple preformed kitchenettes and shower/toilet sections with basic plumbing and bio-cycle systems can be incorporated into the designs.

Initially the Geomod^©can be manufactured and built on-site with tight co-ordination of the supply of the ancillary units such as the greenhouse/water generation/solar/wind systems the whole micro-community can be ready to occupy in a very short time.

Land surrounding the project would be cultivated on a tight nutrient replenishing system that would insure a constant recycled supply of vegetable and other edible plant growth to supply food for everyone in the sanctuary through high-density gardening beds that are fully or partially organic in order to maximize the quantity of crops that can be grown.

We desire to tap the ‘brain trust’ of innovative experts in skills of design, manufacture, construction, green house agriculture and high-density gardening, solar/wind power, waste recycling, and water creation and conservation to develop a ‘template’ of a Geomod Project© micro-community.

Our first project is to set up a living model on real land with real people to work out minor problems and make improvements. We are working tirelessly towards this first model. When we have enough capital we will start the first project – no matter how long it takes.

When ready begin to reproduce the Geomod Project© modules as a snap together build, and scale up production of the various components, out sourcing the support systems to Geo-tech companies.

This is a simple design to reflect the snap-together concept.

An architect would be able to design something much more innovative.

Appoint a scout/buyer to prospect/purchase ‘tax defaulted’ lands to establish Geomod Project© micro-communities starting in our state, then throughout the nation. I will be the first to do this on behalf of the project. With the highest rates of foreclosures, Florida is a ideal model state for this project, especially given the weather and water availability. This will turn a bad situation into a good situation for many.

Integrate into the communities’ internet job search systems through Google Search. Locators can be integrated into Google Earth for finding Geomod Projects throughout the nation, and ultimately the world.

In fact, if the project became totally self sustaining, people would be freed from having to work for money at all – except to pay the property taxes! Now, wouldn’t that be divine irony to use the property tax system to provide homes for the homeless.

In time a village like center with various arts and crafts could be developed to trade with the surrounding community to pay for the land taxes and other smaller attached costs.

The ultimate goal of the vision is of course to set debt-oppressed peoples completely free from our debt-based society by providing simple ecological housing and support systems through the use of natural materials and modern technology.

The optimal outcome would be to house and feed the ever increasing homeless and hungry in the USA and ultimately the world, teaching them through the Geomod Project© micro-communities systems how to live the new paradigm of thinking ‘outside of the box’ and in the spirit of the simplicity of living ‘green’.

It is estimated that there has been an additional 10-15 million people who are now in jeopardy of homelessness, hunger and starvation. This will increase exponentially.

With the limitations of fuel and transportation the only logical alternative is to create self-sustainable micro-communities that are lean and ‘green’. To create a life saving model like the Geomod Project© will free millions of dispossessed families from the tyranny of greed and materialism.

A simple paradigm shift in our thinking can bring the Geomod Project© to life and save millions of families from destitution and despair as we create a new era of communal compassion.

The USA has the technological expertise. All we need now is the will. This one simple concept, could change the world, reduce homelessness and hunger, and create a shift from a ‘conflict mentality’ to a mentality of ‘community and brotherly love’.

While the success of it could be measured in tangible ways such as numbers of people helped or numbers of communities established, the real measure is intangible, for it is the measure of the hearts and minds of people who have through their circumstances discovered a new insight into the direction in which the world should be heading, before it is too late.
